Cement Guniting

Cement coating on MS pipes is a highly effective corrosion prevention method that protects steel pipes from degradation. In this process, a mixture of Portland cement, sand, and water is sprayed onto the pipe surface at high speed and reinforced with wire mesh to ensure the integrity of the coating. The application is carried out using advanced machinery to achieve a uniform and durable protective layer. Once coated, the pipes undergo a curing process using sprinklers, which prevents moisture loss and enhances the strength and durability of the coating. This process significantly extends the lifespan of the pipes while improving their hydraulic performance.

Manufacturing Process:

The cement coating process begins with the preparation of MS pipes to ensure proper adhesion. A precise mixture of Portland cement, sand, and water is sprayed at high velocity using specialized equipment. Wire mesh reinforcement is integrated to strengthen the coating, preventing cracks and ensuring long-term durability. After application, the coated pipes are subjected to a controlled curing process using sprinklers. This step retains moisture, promoting continued hydration and enhancing the overall strength of the coating. The uniform distribution of cement ensures consistent protection against corrosion and environmental damage.
